Worcestershire Cricket Board Limited Accounts (2012 – 2013)
On the 18th November 2013, the Annual General Meeting of the WCBL was held where the following accounts were approved by the membership.

Worcestershire Cricket Board Meeting 8th January 2013
On Tuesday 8th January 2013, the Worcestershire Cricket Board (unincorporated) approved the transfer of assets and liabilities from the unincorporated association across to Worcestershire Cricket Board Ltd (the Company).
The following documents were signed and approved and copies can be made available to members upon request:
- 2011/12 Accounts of Worcestershire Cricket Board (unincorporated)
- Asset Transfer Agreement
- Waiver of indebtedness and release of claims letter
Upon these documents being signed the Board thereafter dissolved Worcestershire Cricket Board (unincorporated) and the resolutions passed by the member on 10th July 2012 were successfully completed.
Worcestershire Cricket Board Ltd (the Company) held a meeting on 16th January where the assets and liabilities were accepted from Worcestershire Cricket Board (unincorporated) and the transfer was therefore complete.
Worcestershire Cricket Board Ltd would like to thank the Board for their input and involvement over the past 15 years where they have guided Cricket across the county through a crucial part of its development.
The vacancies on the new Board of Directors will shortly be filled. We will be calling for nominations from the members for the elected position of Cricket Club Director and the board will be advertising for suitable candidates for the position of Chairman. The Youth Development Committee have met and unanimously voted for Jonathan Roe as their representative for the position of Youth Development Director, this will be ratified by the members at the companies first Extraordinary General Meeting to be held in April.
Once appointed the new Board, with the support of its dedicated support staff and the many key volunteers within Worcestershire, will be challenged with leading Worcestershire Cricket through an exciting phase on its development with the new ways of working with the ECB empowering Worcestershire Cricket Board Ltd to better support our valued clubs, cricketers and volunteers.
