Worcestershire Cricket will be working together with Warwickshire Cricket Board to improve the offer of our Coach Education services from 2016/17 onwards. From now on, all Coach Education courses will be administered by Warwickshire Cricket Board with courses being driven according to the local need of our valued clubs across both counties.
This partnership have come to fruition in line with the vision of working closely with the neighbouring County Cricket Boards to ensure we provide the best possible support to the clubs.
As member clubs you will be able to book onto any courses advertised helping provide courses closer to you, and subject to your need. This in particular will be beneficial since the divide of the adults and young person’s courses make course planning challenging when providing a suitable course in a place of your convenience.
This programme will now release resources of both cricket boards to focus on the growth and development of cricket within our cricket clubs and local schools, whilst also providing an improved Coach Education offer.
Safeguarding Young Cricketers online courses too can be booked via Darren. If you wish to take the course, please email Darren with your Date of Birth and preferred Email Address.
