Cricket Clubs in Worcestershire rely heavily on the hardwork and commitment from volunteers, people who for the love of the game devote many hours of their week developing their club as a committee member, coach or even a groundsman.  Without the work of these unsung heros cricket in the county would not function as it does today.  Volunteering is a great way to not only make a difference but to enhance your CV, gain awards as well as help out your local clubs.
